Nevada court denies death penalty appeal for convicted rapist, murderer
ELY, Nev. – The Nevada Supreme Court has unanimously rejected the death penalty appeal of a 57-year-old prison inmate condemned in 1981 to die for the rape, beating and torch murder of a 16-year-old Ely girl.
